Lance Anoa'i has announced he will retire from in-ring competition in March 2027. Anoa'i made the announcement on Instagram, saying he will step away once he reaches the 17-year milestone. He said wrestling has taken up his weekends and time away from the people he loves most, and that he wants to dedicate that time to his wife and kids. "17 years. One hell of a ride. And in March 2027... it's time for family," Anoa'i wrote. He said he is proud of what his family continues to do in the business and will support them going forward, adding that wrestling will always be part of who he is. He also made clear the retirement is not immediate. "This isn't goodbye just yet though. We still have a few months to go," he wrote. #LanceAnoai #MLW #Wrestling
