My first ski trip in Courchevel was a disaster 😂⛷️ Luckily, my hotel choice was much better. We stayed at Le Chabichou in Courchevel 1850, a luxury ski hotel that feels more like a cozy chalet in the French Alps. And while Courchevel is obviously famous for skiing, one of my favorite parts of Le Chabichou was actually the food. We spent three hours experiencing Chef Stéphane Buron’s two-Michelin-starred restaurant, met Chef Stéphane himself, and even got to go behind the scenes in the kitchen.
