The first deportation flight to Haiti since the Trump administration ended humanitarian protections landed on August 20, as immigration advocates warn that arrests of Haitian immigrants are beginning to increase. Guerline Jozef of the Haitian Bridge Alliance said at least one passenger had recently lost Temporary Protected Status (TPS).
