This is one of the most strange fixes I've ever heard of for fixing issues to any game, but it more than reliably fixes the 0x00001338 (0x723AC2A5) N (& other) errors I get when the game crashes on launch. MW4, Warzone and DMZ need some more work if intentionally lowing your CPU speed fixes issues...
