As athletes, we know how important physical training is in pursuit of our goals, but mental health plays just as big of a role. Last year, the
#NCAA published the NCAA Student-Athlete Well-Being Study, which examined the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on student athletes from spring 2020 through fall 2021.
