It goes without saying that these days Hollywood actor (and all-around heartthrob) Charles Melton is in hot demand. When he’s not starring in the buzzy series “Beef” or his recently released film “Her Private Hell,” he’s usually prepping for his next round of gigs. Or, as the 35-year-old said: “Your boy is booked and busy.” A constant companion that Melton brings along with him to set—no matter the job—is his six-year-old Siberian Husky, neyamelton. Melton and Neya’s deep bond began back in 2020, when the actor adopted her from the rescue Hollywood Huskies at the height of Covid, as he was looking for companionship during the era of lockdowns. “I’ll bring her dog bed and some toys to set. It’s very comforting—it does something to the nervous system when I get to cuddle with her between takes,” says the actor.
