My first loaf in my new lecreuset bread oven!! 🥖 this might be the best oven spring I’ve ever had!! The recipe I used: • 100g levain • 407g warm water • 580g kingarthurbaking bread flour • 2 tsp kosher salt I typically do an 80% hydration recipe, but I’ve been having the WORST luck and just really needed to make sure I had a loaf ready for us!
