On day 3, the Aussie Beef Mates had an early morning visit to Bryon Bay’s lighthouse to catch the magnificent sunrise, followed by a visit to a coffee farm and roastery where they had the opportunity to taste Arabica coffee. Before returning to Sydney, they had the opportunity to see, smell and touch the different native rainforest botanicals that are used to make Australia’s award-winning spirits. Finished with a guided gin and whiskey tasting and learning about the art of distillation.
