I was at Lock & Paddle on Saturday at the Hartwell Locks and loved it! 😍 People gathered on their kayaks and canoes at Hartwell Station, at the end of the Arboretum, to cross the two locks together. It was such a colourful sight! 🛶 There were two big canoes with Dragon Boat paddlers, along with solo kayakers, families with little children, and even a dog with his owner on a canoe. They had to pass through the two locks at Hartwell Station and then continued paddling toward Dow’s Lake. Such a fun event organized annually by Parks Canada, bringing people together to enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful weather! ☀️ #ottawaevents #ottawaisnotboring #ottawafun #paddling #rideaucanal
