Important To Dos for New Students 7: Submit Student ID Photo Your student ID is your access pass to important locations and services on campus, such as your residential hall, dining, laundry, athletic facilities, printing, and checking out books at any of the Five College libraries. The photo on your ID will also populate our directories and class rosters. In Workday, click on the upper left menu and select “Personal Information.” Under “Change,” click on “Photo” to upload your photo ID before August 10, 2026, so your ID can be printed and prepared before your arrival.
