August 18th is World Never Give Up Day! This is a day for cultivating a mindset of self determination. For today, Howard letterpress printed the most uninspiring cut from our print shop exhibit at the Sacramento History Museum. This solid lead alloy engraving states “It can’t be done!” next to a very grumpy looking face. This is from the Stockton High School Print Shop Collection. This was printed with green rubber base ink using our Washington hand press, which was made in 1852. #NeverGiveUpDay #nevergiveup #SacHistoryMuseum #museum #printing
