You don’t need to snack.

You’re so used to walking by the pantry or the break room and just grabbing that one thing or a small handful of those and not even realizing what you’re doing because you do it so often and you’ve done it for so long. It’s just what you do. It’s a way you break up your day. A way you deal with boredom. It’s an unconscious habit.
→ It’s there.
Co-worker brings goodies into the break room. Bucket of almonds sitting at your desk. Free samples at Costco during a grocery run. Kids not finishing their fruit bar. Food is tempting and when it’s at arms reach AND you are hungry because you skipped breakfast or didn’t eat enough at your last meal, you make decisions that fall out of alignment with your goals.
