Tell the public they're “not suspicious.” Tell them they're “not a priority.” STEP 2: CONTROL THE NARRATIVE. Control how information moves. Control who receives the reports. Control the conversation. STEP 3: ATTACK THE MESSENGER. When volunteers keep finding what government isn't looking for, attack the volunteers. Call them untrained. Question their credibility. Suggest they planted B0N€$. Anything except confronting what they found. STEP 4: DON'T GO LOOK. Don't search the desert. Don't build a serious response around the mounting D€∆TH$. And when human rem@¡ns are reported, there were cases in which deputies didn't respond or remains were not promptly recovered. If you don't look, you don't have to explain what you find.
