The 2025-2026 WPI Athletics Celebration continues with wpimenssoccer! The fifth-seeded Engineers delivered one of the season’s defining moments with a 1-0 road upset of previously unbeaten No. 8 Wheaton, advancing to the NEWMAC Championship match. Eli Marden scored the match’s only goal, while Savio Ketnouvong made eight saves to help end the Lyons’ 21-match unbeaten run. WPI also celebrated seven seniors during a 3-2 comeback victory over Springfield. Adin Pezo is the recipient of the Charles R. McNulty Award after earning NEWMAC Rookie of the Year, while Anthony Coutts is the program’s Ray Cherenzia ’73 Award honoree.
