Snacky Hour Recap 🫒🐟✨ I’ll be honest…this was really challenging. Yes, I’ve hosted many supper clubs but an event like this was new to me. 35 people instead of 10, a space & kitchen that isn’t my own, delegating tasks in real time, cooking, activities, socializing, selling tickets, whew!!! I don’t think I’ve ever felt so much anxiety leading up to anything. Each night waking up with racing thoughts, ideas, questions. Is this good enough? Cheese coupe! Will people have fun? We need a crudo! Should I do more food? Less food? More activities?! Does everyone HATE ME? 😂😂 All in all, we executed my vision and I hope the guests feel the same way. 💃🏻 It was a pleasure to meet some of you that I’ve dm’d with for years now. And nothing made my heart happier than seeing you exchange numbers with each other. Because at the end of the day this wasn’t about food, it was about connecting with each other. 🥹❣️ Cheers!
