Miss Shining Star Pageant is a beauty pageant that aims to give each girl a chance to shine for a day — a chance to celebrate what makes them special. Girls from kindergarten aged all the way up to 30 are eligible for the initiative, started in Washington by Sofia to help other girls like herself feel bold, brave and beautiful. #specialneedskids #beautypageant
