Ted Danson voiced Tom Hammond, Hank's car guy going all the way back to high school, in the season 12 episode "The Accidental Terrorist" (2008). Tom never lies to him. He just lets Hank believe the number on the window is the number, the way a price tag works at a grocery store, and then asks him not to go telling anybody about the deal he got. Should be fine... As long as Hank keeps never compares notes with a single person who has ever bought a car. It used to be a nice memory. Watch the second it stops being one.
