There was a point where this was just an idea in my head. It started with conversations. Talking to people, sharing what I knew, helping where I could and slowly realising that there was an opportunity to build something much bigger than just trading itself. I wanted to create a community where people could learn, challenge themselves, share experiences and be surrounded by others who were just as driven to improve. So seeing 50 of my mentees and mentors all in one room for our trader workshop was a HUGE moment for me! Sometimes, when you are constantly focused on what is next, you forget to look around and appreciate how far you have already come. What started with me simply speaking to people and trying to help, has grown into a real community of traders who are pushing themselves and each other to do more.
