This is how a Formula 1 screw is made — because in F1, even the smallest component is engineered to perfection. 🏎️🔩 When you look at a Formula 1 car, your attention naturally goes to the massive rear wing, aerodynamic bodywork, carbon-fiber chassis or screaming power unit. But hidden underneath all of that are thousands of tiny components that have to work perfectly. Even something as simple as a screw can be a highly engineered part. In Formula 1, weight matters. Strength matters. Material properties matter. Manufacturing tolerances matter. And reliability matters. A component that would be considered ordinary on a road car can become critical when it's being used on a machine traveling at more than 300 km/h.
