#TakeActionTuesday: Movement can help women see their bodies for what they can do, rather than how they look. Amid National Wellness Month, in partnership with gothamfc and meetflamingo, we released brand new research titled, ‘Built to Move,’ highlighting the powerful connection between physical activity and body appreciation. The report found that women who moved for just 1-2 hours each week were 83% more likely to report positive body appreciation than those who were less active. That’s why access to movement we enjoy matters. From a quick walk with the dog to a workout class with a friend, women deserve the chance to be active in ways that work for them. Because when women have the opportunity to be physically active, in sport and beyond, the impact goes far beyond that moment.
