Great return to New York!🗽🇺🇸 Just got back from an amazing trip to The Big Apple, the place of which was my first ever trip the US back in 1990 for the Night of Champions. So here celebrating the 40th anniversary of the incredible Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym! The atmosphere was tremendous as always and it’s been great to meet everyone and catch up with other champions who’ve been through those doors. Probably the most champions in one gym at the same time, that I’ve seen anyway! I used this gym as my base from 1993 onwards; for the last weeks prep heading into the Olympia, as well as guest posing and other visits to the US. I took some time out to walk around Manhattan, Times Square, 42nd Street, Central Park and John Lennon’s memorial etc. It’s emotional retracing my steps and thinking about the first time I visited New York 36 years ago!
