Day 4: Viral Cold Instant Ramen Hack 🧊🍜 You can probably do this noodle hack with any instant noodle pack in your pantry, but to make it most similar to that of a Korean cold noodle aka Bibim Naengmyeon ya gotta use a pack of Nongshim Shin Ramyun 🌶️ Ingredients: - 1 pack of instant noodles - 1 egg - 1/4 cucumber - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1/4-1/2 cup white vinegar - 1-2 cups water - 1 cup ice cubes - Optional Topping: Sesame seeds Instructions: 1. In a pot, boil instant noodles (don’t add in soup packet) and toppings packet till cooked then rinse under cold water and set aside. 2. In a separate pot, boil a few eggs till hardboiled or jammy then rinse under cold water and peel. 3. Chop slices of cucumber. 4. In a medium sized bowl, add the soup packet, sugar, soy sauce, white vinegar, water, ice cubes and mix together. 5.
