A format Tim Knight has not tried before: five viewer questions answered off the cuff, all about process rather than predictions. What he does when price gaps through one of his stops, what makes him admit a bearish thesis is wrong, and how he sizes a book with dozens of shorts.
The sizing answer is the useful one. He sets each position so the loss if stopped out is roughly the same, meaning an index short can be many times larger than one in a small volatile name. He also admits he barely trades options. His views are his own.
