Do you want your business English to sound more natural at work, and not like English from a textbook?    “Suss out” is the kind of expression you may hear in a workplace when colleagues are discussing a problem, checking what someone needs or trying to get clear on a situation before they act.    You might hear:    🔵 I need a bit of time to suss out what went wrong with the report.    🔵 Let’s suss out what the client actually needs before we change anything.    It sounds natural in conversation with colleagues and in fairly informal workplace discussions.
