🍯 🍎 GIVEAWAY BELOW 🍎 🍯 The High Holidays used to sneak up on me every year — I’d scramble for apples and honey the morning of and call it a tradition. This year we actually used @pjlibrary’s free guide, A Time to Grow, and it changed the whole thing. The best part? Two of the guide’s activities happen to live on the same page — so “craft time” and “snack time” ended up being the same 10 minutes. My kids didn’t even notice they were learning why we eat apples and honey; they just wanted to eat the stamp. IYKYK. Then we got to the guide’s conversation-starter pages, and that’s the part that’s actually staying with me. I asked my kids what and who they want to grow into this year and got answers I wasn’t expecting — more honest than anything a craft could teach.
