This #HubbleTopImage returns to a NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope view of Uranus! 🔵⁠ ⁠ This image, which was taken in October 2022 using both visible and ultraviolet wavelengths, captures a rare view of the aurorae of Uranus. ⁠ ⁠ An international team of astronomers used Hubble to make new measurements of Uranus' interior rotation rate by analysing more than a decade of the telescope’s observations of its aurorae.
