Life-Changing Fresh Mint Syrup
Granulated white sugar
Good size container of mint
Remove the stems from the mint leaves .
Chop them up.
In a jar, layer equal parts of chopped mint leaves & sugar.
Add the juice of 3-5 lemons. Press gently.
Close the lid and refrigerate for 48 to 72 hours. Mix it once a day. Feel free to add extra lemon or water to help the liquefying along. Strain and store in the fridge!
