Alex’s Summer Pasta
Ingredients
* 3 tablespoons olive oil foodbymaria
* 10 large garlic cloves, smashed
* 6 cups mixed-color cherry tomatoes, halved
* Kosher salt, to taste
* Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
* 1 large bunch fresh basil
* 1 pound angel hair pasta
* Freshly grated Parmesan, to taste
* 1–2 balls burrata
* Reserved pasta water, as needed
* Extra-virgin olive oil, for finishing
Directions
1. Start the sauce.
Heat the olive oil in a large stainless-steel sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the smashed garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
