The Science Behind Why Raving Feels So Good šŸ‘‡ Most people think raving is just about loud music. But research suggests something much deeper may be happening. A study published in Qualitative Health Research explored how music, movement, and community can positively impact mental well being. Around 70% of participants had experienced addiction or significant emotional struggles, and many described these events as an important part of their healing journey. One of the biggest themes was flow, that feeling of being completely present in the moment where stress fades and you're fully immersed in the experience. Participants also spoke about the genuine sense of connection they felt with the people around them, something many said stayed with them long after the event ended. I've always believed dance floors can be about much more than partying. Sometimes they're places where people reconnect with themselves, find community, and remember what joy feels like. šŸ‘‰ Follow wardandrews...
