Here at NRG Stadium in Houston for my final college football game of the 2023 season as Texas A&M will take on Oklahoma State in a rematch of the 2019 edition of the bowl that the Aggies won 24-21 in a high point of former head coach Jimbo Fisher’s time with A&M. Wrapping up a football season always brings a mix of feelings. Tonight marks my 15th college football game of the season, and with this Sunday’s Texans vs Titans game, my tally will be 24 games for the season, plus a handful of high school football games. If by some chance the Texans make the playoffs (still possible) I may get one more. It’s been busy, though not nearly as hectic as some past seasons.
