Covering Baylor again tonight, and No. 5 Texas showed what they’ve done much of this season… resilience. After being pushed to the brink Thursday night, the Longhorns swept the Bears 3-0 on Friday. Baylor fought it out in the first set, falling 27-25 after sitting on their own set point before Texas pulled ahead. Texas won the second two sets more handily, sending the No. 20 Bears away with just 2 of the 8 sets played here in the teams’ last regular season Big 12 Conference meeting. Baylor remains winless in Austin after 48 tries.
