Amanda began her journey with us as a receptionist in PDR and quickly demonstrated the drive, leadership, and customer focus that would define her career. She soon advanced to the role of New Business Manager, where she led a team responsible for ensuring agents’ policy applications were submitted to carriers accurately and efficiently. Under her leadership, the team processed more than 1,000 applications each week, helping agents serve clients quickly and effectively.
