Bad body language is not something that appears out of nowhere🙅‍♀️ It is learned. It is taught. The reactions from the people a player looks up to will shed onto how the player will act themselves. Parents. Coaches. Even players on the same team. Actions and behaviors that should be nipped in the bud yet go unnoticed will eventually become the norm if you don’t stop it. Be the example.
