Cowser’s ninth-inning homer prevented a shutout, but Baltimore still narrowly avoided its fifth shutout loss of the year—and saw its franchise-record single-season 121-game walk streak come to an end. Meanwhile, Shane Baz once again received virtually no help. Baz battled through command issues, worked around traffic, induced double plays, and held Tampa Bay to one run through five innings.
