So we decided to make the retro favorite a bit more Southern. Meet the Pink Possum 💕 Ingredients: - 6 Tbsp. (3 oz.) heavy whipping cream - 3 Tbsp. (1 1/2 oz.) moonshine - 3 Tbsp. (1 1/2 oz.) white crème de cacao liqueur - 2 Tbsp. (1 oz.) maraschino cherry juice (from 1 [10-oz.] jar maraschino cherries) - Ice - Whipped cream - Maraschino cherries Directions: 1. Add heavy cream, moonshine, crème de cacao, and maraschino cherry juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until well chilled, about 30 seconds. 2. Strain into 2 coupe glasses.
