Getting cleared for departure: Anthony Stolarz of mapleleafs and nate_chizik55 of usahockeyntdp going through the process this week of feeling out their own game and making sure the small details are in order for a big season. When athletes are of such an exceptional talent level, as these two gentlemen are, the most important thing for a coach is to understand their unique game, how they process it, what their true strengths are, giving them the permission, if you will, to go out and just play. This all comes back to one thing you will hear all coaches say throughout every sport: communication.
