Football took former NFL offensive lineman Kirk Chambers to the highest levels of the game, a Stanford education, and a dozen years in the league.
But it also provided a way for him to come home and give back to provo_high_football and the west Provo community.
The Bulldogs honored him back Friday night, retiring his No. 66 jersey before the Week 2 game against Crimson Cliffs.
“I bleed green, for good or for bad, and it’s nice to have a home. It’s wonderful to be recognized by your friends and peers, by people you live with and people you grow up with,” -Kirk Chambers.
