Minnesota’s oldest ice cream parlor is Selma’s Ice Cream Parlor in downtown Afton! It’s been serving scoops in house-made waffle cones since 1913. This spot is perfect in summer and fall with an opening season that extends into December. It has more than 30 flavors and great outdoor seating.
