Today I took Georgia to Ascend, the 300+ unit multifamily property we just closed on this week. She’s the newest owner on the deal, one full unit held in a child trust, growing tax free until she’s old enough to use it. She’s one year old. She won’t remember this walkthrough, but she’ll grow up already ahead of where I started.
