The internet made me do it! For today’s #onestopmeal from Trader Joe’s we’re making the viral BIG MAC TACOS 🍔 🌮 . Some trends don’t live up to the hype, but this one? It’s pretty dang good! Special sauce: • 1/4 cup mayonnaise • 2 Tbsp ketchup • 1 Tbsp dill pickle mustard Tacos: • 8 mini flour tortillas • 1 lb 85/15 ground beef • Salt & pepper • 8 slices sharp cheddar cheese Toppings: • Shredded lettuce • Diced pickles • Special sauce Whisk the sauce in a small bowl. Spread the meat evenly between the 8 tortillas and season with s&p. Place meat side down on a skillet heated over high heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip, top with cheese, cover, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
