How are you at journaling? I was SO diligent in high school and college but after marriage and kids, I’m kinda the worst.
When my friend Jayne started promptlyjournals a few years ago, I promptly (pun intended) bought 4 copies of her childhood journals for my kids. I loved the idea of having a simple book that gave me a few pages for each year of their life, complete with prompts to help me know what to record. It’s also felt very doable because one book covers birth - 18 years old.
So that solved my kids journals ... but I still wasn’t great at writing down my own thoughts. When promptlyjournals recently launched their APP, I was sold. And after a few weeks of using it, I’ve realized how fun it is! There are all sorts of different prompts I can answer on the app in just a few seconds and I can even attach a picture to the prompt if I want.
