🏃‍♀️TIMED OBSTACLE COURSE RACES AT THE PARK 🏃 Have you ever taken your kids to the park and they don’t even play? They just sit around eating the snacks you brought and you wonder why you’re even there? A couple years ago we started doing timed obstacle course races at the park and it’s made our outings SO much more fun. We just map out a course (up the slide, down the steps, in and out of the swings, etc). Then each person takes a turn going through the course as quickly as they can. We like to see who is the fastest and even more, we like to see if each person can beat their own time. So if you find yourself in a park rut, give timed races a try! We often end up getting friends and other kids at the park involved too, because it’s so fun.
