We continue with the heavy hitters as we announce Caitlin! Returning for a second season to hire and direct the Creative team! After graduating from Colorado Boulder, Caitlin makes her way back to Vermont to take the creative team to the next level. Caitlin spent 3 years with the cubuffs and Colorado Student Life creative teams before joining the Nighthawks in 2026. She becomes the fourth in a lineage of successful Creative Directors who continue to set the NECBL standard for content, following _moxfilms (2025-2026), berg.visuals (2023-2024), and domhunt18 (2022).
