The offseason has begun and we have started to build our 2027 staff! We welcome Veronica, who will be hiring and managing the broadcast department, co-hosting the Hawks Talk Podcast, as well as handle sideline and content duties! The fourth Nighthawks Director of Broadcasting in team history, following brendanbowlin_ (2026), wintersphoebe (2025), and behnkeian (2023-2024). Veronica is also the second staff member to go from Newport ➡️ UV, following dantheman5179 in 2019. V spent the 2025 and 2026 NECBL seasons with the Newport Gulls broadcast team. She is a rising Junior at Penn State studying Broadcast Journalism, and will help take our already strong broadcast to new heights!
