S’mores butter… why isn’t this a thing???

📝RECIPE:
Makes 1 stick, ½ cup
1 stick butter, melted (save the paper!)
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon marshmallow fluff
1 graham cracker broken into ¼” pieces
Whisk melted butter, confectioner’s sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt together until smooth. Refrigerate or freeze in bowl until chocolate butter is firm, but still pliable, about 5 minutes. Put ¾ of the chocolate butter onto the butter paper and shape into a butter log, using a spoon or your fingers to form a cravass in the center. Spoon and spread marshmallow fluff into cravass, then place graham cracker pieces throughout. Use remaining chocolate butter to cover marshmallow fluff and use a spatula and edges of the butter paper to shape the butter back into a classic rectangular log.
