Day 4 is enough. ‼️Staff unprofessional ‼️No assistance with patient or families ‼️Late or no updates about loveones ‼️No proper precaution in place for fall risk patients ‼️short staff ‼️ no remorse to their errors of negligence and communication and commitment.
