The conflict we see outside often reflects the conflict we carry within—fear, anger, division, judgment, and resistance, simply magnified on a larger scale. Peace is not something we can demand from the world while remaining at war within ourselves. When we learn to quiet the mind, soften the heart, and live from greater awareness, we begin to change what we bring into our relationships, our communities, and ultimately the world.
