Rocky Hansen of Chris School followed in second place to break four minutes for the second time this outdoor track season, with a gutsy 3:58.23 effort. Tinoda Matsatsa of St. Andrew’s Episcopal School surged to a huge 7 second personal best clocking of 3:58.70. Matsatsa is the first sub-4:00 miler from Maryland in prep history! Jackson Heidesch of Dowling Catholic High also made history in his state, becoming the first high school athlete to break four minutes in Iowa prep history.
