What. A. Series. 😮😮😮 🇱🇹 Mykolas Alekna becomes the first discus athlete in Diamond League history to surpass 72 meters, throwing 72.58 meters at #SilesiaDL to extend his own record from the 2025 #LondonDL by almost an entire meter. In addition to his winning mark, Alekna had a crazy series with other throws at 71.03m, 71.67m and 71.29m. All three would have won the competition by over two meters. 📸: xmgorczynska for Diamond League AG
