Unreal from the LADS 👏⁠ ⁠ Adam James, 23, travelled from High Wycombe to Boomtown for his first ever festival, with his family so worried he might become overwhelmed that they had an emergency plan ready to bring him home.⁠ ⁠ But within minutes of arriving, everything changed. A group of lads from Bristol spotted Adam on his own, got chatting while setting up camp and invited him to join them for the five-day festival.⁠ ⁠ Not long afterwards, Adam sent his dad Andy a message that immediately put his mind at ease: “Dad, I think I’ve found my people.”⁠ ⁠ The friendship didn't end when Boomtown did either. After Andy's thank-you post to the group went viral, Adam reunited with the lads at a pub in Bristol, with one of them saying it felt like Adam had travelled to the festival with them in the first place.⁠ ⁠ And there's been another incredible outcome.
